Among Women Espresso Shot #20: Prayers to Pray when Worried or Troubled

Among Women Espresso Shot #20: Prayers to Pray when Worried or Troubled

Let’s pray together! Intercessory prayer is powerful!

Among Women Espresso Shot #20: Prayers to Pray when Worried or Troubled

Pray with me in this latest short (20 mins.) Among Women podcast that intercedes for the needs of others with prayers from Scripture, the Church, and the saints.

This week in the news, the United States has seen the devastation in Texas from Hurricane Harvey, plus now Hurricane Irma is rampaging the Caribbean islands and Florida and threatening other states. But it’s not just weather woes that call us to prayer — we can bring any form of suffering or concern to Jesus, and to Jesus through our Mother Mary.

This podcast “prays” with you… using The 23rd Psalm, the Litany of the Name of Jesus, plus numerous prayers for protection and strength invoking God’s help, as well as that of Mary and the saints.

Let us pray for one another. Listen here.

Among Women 228: Be Imitators of God and Walk in Love (Eph. 5:1-2)

Among Women 228: Be Imitators of God and Walk in Love (Eph. 5:1-2)

In this latest edition of Among Women, I offer a departure from our usual format and I offer a recording of a talk I gave recently based on Ephesian 5: 1-2 and portions of my book, All In.

This is our text: “Be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us…” Eph 5: 1-2.

(Apologies that the audio is not to our usual quality, but hopefully, you might find something worthy in this.)

Listen to the podcast here, or find episode 228 on iTunes.

Just wrapping up the summer and enjoying some time off — but I’m getting prepped to bring you more new episodes of Among Women in September. Check back September 10!
